Quote of the day: Five and a half dozen!!?!!?!?!! - Colette
Song of the day: Clockwatching by Jason Mraz

So, not too much happened today! Woke up, went to the gym. Saw a couple people that I know there which was cool. It was shoulder day today! I also talked to some random guy who is a phys ed teacher and went to Quinsigamond College in Worcester. He was impressed that I was lifting and doing shoulders because not many females do. I talked to him for a while and that was pretty neat.

When I got home I had time for a quick shower and lunch (mom had made pancakes for the sister) and went to work. Today I was supposed to lifeguard at Lewis Park, where I work in the summer. Somebody had rented it out for a high school graduation party. Now, I was guarding for 6 hours and saw no recent high school graduates in my pool. I only saw little kids and their parents. And a lot of the time the pool was empty, like in the picture. Whatever. It was easy money haha and they gave me some food, too. I met this deaf girl and her mom and it was so interesting because they kept signing to each other. I would like to learn sign language! Also saw these triplets, these cute little girls who were probably about 4 years old. One was blonde and two had light brown hair. SO adorable. aha. Oh, and I also saw Mr. Clark (Alyssa and Garrett and Ryan's dad). He works for the Boys Club now. It was very interesting to talk to him all day. Overall it was a good day at work!!

When I got home I watched the movie "The Day the Earth Stood Still" with my mom. I also ate another hamburger (that's what my fam had for supper). It was SO good. Apparently it had never been frozen. Also some macaroni salad and cole slaw. My sister attempted to bake cookies but they came out as 2 completely falt and connected cookies (one on each cookie sheet). Messy but tasty, haha.

Tomorrow I'm playing a short gig with the city band, then going to Worcester for a lake party at Steve's. Woohoo!! Can't wait to see all of my swimmer friends (except Andrew of course). Kaitlyn has flown back from Utah for a couple days and I can't wait to see her!!!!!

Right now I'm watching the movie Hidalgo with my mom. I tried to watch it the other day but got distracted by "So You Think You Can Dance." Gotta go! :)
